Myrto TRIPATHI

Chair

Myrto Tripathi has been the president and founder of the “Voix du Nuclear” association since its creation on March 20, 2018.

She is currently taking an active role in several projects aimed at mobilizing science and businesses in the preservation of the environment and against climate change. She also chairs the RePlanet France – les Ecohumanistes association and is director of consulting at Epsilon to support the development of artificial intelligence applied to data sciences for industry. Finally, she has been invited by the government to take part in the 1st session of the Cycle des Hautes Études de Service Public (2021-2022 class).

She was previously Director of Climate Policy at Global Compact France and adviser to Brice Lalonde, during which time she played an active role in climate negotiations and the COP from 2015 for the Paris Agreements to 2017.

She spent the first part of her career at Areva, from 2004 to 2014, where she was Director of Supply in charge of tenders for export markets for the EPR nuclear reactor.
She is the author of “La bataille pour le climat”, published in November 2020 by Génèse Edition.

Myrto Tripathi is a graduate of the Grande Ecole HEC business school and holds a degree in industrial engineering from North Carolina State University (USA).

Claude JAOUEN

Vice-chair and Treasurer

Claude Jaouen has been vice-president and co-founder of the “Voix du nucléaire” association since its creation in 2018.

A graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris and holder of a PhD in Engineering, Claude Jaouen has worked in the nuclear industry for over 40 years. Starting out in R&D at the CEA, then engineering, construction, and start-up of the La Hague reprocessing plants for SGN, he moved on to plant operations as deputy site manager until the early 2000s.

After 4 years at the head of Framatome-ANP’s Nuclear Fuel Division, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SGN and Head of AREVA NC’s Services activities, before joining AREVA NP in 2008 as Executive Vice President of the Reactors sector. In 2011, he became head of AREVA’s Reactors and Services Business Group.

He left the company in 2014 to set up his own consulting firm,which has been running it ever since.

Pierre-Philippe RAVIER

Secretary general

Pierre-Philippe has been a Computer Engineer for 30 years. His career in France, England, and Germany has allowed him to hold various technical and managerial positions. Throughout his journey, he has developed an awareness of climate and environmental issues and wishes to address them rigorously and scientifically. Additionally, he believes that the availability of abundant, sovereign, and clean energy is fundamental for an advanced and socially responsible society. This conviction drives his desire to advocate for and promote nuclear energy.

François JAFFRE

Public Affairs Manager

François holds a Master’s degree in International and Strategic Relations and has been interested in nuclear energy since his early years at the University of Paris 1. Despite coming from a background rather distant from scientific subjects and even more so from nuclear energy, his interest in the field was confirmed when he joined the Voices in 2022. Within the association, he manages public and institutional relations and is responsible for public consultations.

Paul SEGALARD

International Relations Manager

Paul holds an LLM in Energy and Climate Law from the University of Groningen and a Master’s degree in International and European Law. Convinced by his academic studies that the development of nuclear energy addresses both geostrategic and environmental considerations, he joined the Voices as an intern immediately after completing his studies.
